tampaknya aplikasi ATM itu adalah sebuah program executable dengan ekstensi .exe yang berjalan dalam mode "always on top" (almost on top), namun ketika taskbar windows mengambil posisi "modal", maka taskbar dan aksesorisnya (baloon popup) yang menjadi "almost on top".

Gw juga pernah colong2 ngintip waktu mereka masukin duit baru ke ATM. Pake Windows Server gitu. Udah gitu gak pake sebangsa CD/Flash Disk, tapi masih pake disket. Waduh....
Coba bisa colong2 masukin keyboard ke sana... bisa pasang keylogger tuh

Sepertinya bukan ontop mode, tapi aplikasi itu under dos, trus di buat full screen , yah otomatis stay on top. cuman klo ada alert yah ng-resize windownya.
Sayang warningnya gak keliatan euy,tapi kayaknya antivirus yang belom di update yah
